Since 1963, our locally owned grocery chain has grown to nine locations across Vancouver Island, and we remain dedicated to exceeding customer expectations through competitive pricing and a diverse selection of fresh products.
Successful applicants will support their department by providing excellent customer service, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient shopping environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Merchandising products according to company and department standards
- Providing exceptional service through professional and courteous conduct
- Collaborating with management and associates to ensure store efficiency
- Adhering to all company policies and government regulations
We are looking for a punctual, honest, and hardworking individual to join our team. The wage for this position is negotiable based on previous experience; however, the starting wage for entry-level retail grocery positions is $18.25 per hour, in accordance with government standards.
